While noting that Lojban's phonology deserves much less discussion than the
rest of the grammar, I would nevertheless like to advocate, finally and
for the record, that:
	[y] be used as hyphen
	[@] be used as buffer

My reasons have been given at length in previous messages.

I understand that the language is largely fixed, so my point is merely
what non-acadamics call 'academic'.
