I should not that this is not strictly speaking true.  If you want a
MORPHOLOGICAL name it must have a final consonant, but any brivla could
be used as a proper name, or indeed any selbri.  My daughtr's middle name
was chosen in part because it is a descriptive selbri in lojban:
la ka trina -> Katrina
