I think that Lojban tenses don't imply any quantification over time, space,
or mode; they are the analogues of singular terms, and commute with negation,
as Jorge says.  pc's order "modal temporal spatial negation" is new to me.

This is the last "weighs in" for today: there may be more next week as I
reread the last 250 messages or so.
