concept vs. object (easy)

a (probably) simple question...
I am trying to form a bridi expressing:
"This-here-thing is a universe in the domain of the mind, defined by the rules
 of that-there-thing"
the brivla for this bridi is "munje"
my first attempt was

ti munje le menli ku ta

but it occured to me that "le menli ku" would probably be taken to mean
"the/a-thing-described-as-a mind" whereas i want it to be more or less
an idea of a mind rather than any specific mind or minds
is there a way to specify this?  the closest i can get is

ti menli munje zo'e ta

...making the ambiguous tanru "mind-type-of-universe" half-convey my meaning.
what i really want is to say that this-here universe is in the mnd - possibly
the mind of the listener, the speaker, or everyone...
maybe that's what the origional bridi i came up with meant, but i'd like to
be sure that it has that connotation
