Software update

The lojnote program has been updated with a new executable
file which doesn't include the speech synthesizer.

Anyone who already downloaded the large zip file and wants
to drop the fixed exe file in place, can download that
much smaller file at:

  http://www.quetzal.com/lojnote/lojnote.exe

If you don't like messing with buggy alpha software, I
suggest waiting a few days until I have verified that
someone else can get it to work.
